Abstract

The current study aims to develop a proposed vision for E-learning quality standards in public education in Iraq, and by reviewing the literature, studies and experiences of countries that proceeded in this field. A list of E-learning quality standards has been developed in three areas: (E-learning management, E-learning programs and E-learning evaluation). Verify its validity by presenting it to a group of experts in E-learning and computer science specialists, and verifying its stability by using (re-application) method on a sample of the original research community without the research sample, the results showed a (very high) level of importance from their point of view, with an average percentage weight of (94,36%), the researcher recommended the need to take advantage of the results of the current study in setting standard levels for E-learning in public education in an official and approved manner and conduct more studies in E-learning standards in other fields of education.
