Abstract
The Tunisian regime imposed the one-party system in the administration of the state after it was able to reach the head of power in Tunisia and got rid of all its opponents by abolishing partisan pluralism and limiting it to one party, the Constitutional Socialist Party, to which President Habib Bourguiba belonged, to be its supporter and made him a monitoring means for state institutions, and a supporter for him in making crucial decisions that concerned the administration of the country, without allowing any opposition political party or political party in it. It, which was able to quickly penetrate among the Tunisian people’s categories of students, workers and technocrats, until it was able in a difficult time to build a mass base for it inside Tunisia, which raised the fears of the Tunisian regime, which mocked all the state’s security and partisan institutions in pursuing the elements and leaders of the organization in Tunisia.
