Abstract

It is not hidden in the medical profession in working with the human body, and any mistake that may lead to the death of a person or damage to a member of it, and the medical profession to be ready and ethical also has great economic benefit, so it may be exploited by the weak of souls in the unworthy of it, Islamic jurisprudence, Financial contracts, contracts of years, this profession without the provisions of the lawful and prohibited, and within this responsibility is the body responsible for the company.


His time is a knowledge of their profession, and they must know their legitimate responsibility so that they do not fall into prohibitions and avoid suspicions.That Islamic jurisprudence required the doctor to hesitate in operations for patients, just as an ignorant doctor was prohibited. Who taught them, scientifically that they depend on their knowledge, and if it is a process, it is related to his action and results from it.
