The Social Position of the Mawali in the Early Days of Islam Through the Fiction of Ibn Asaker in His Book The History of Damascus

Abstract
The Historian Hafiz Ibn Asakir has a great standing among those of his contemporary and those who came after him among the historians, and for his book The History of Damascus, which is the largest encyclopedia of translations written in Islamic history and the methodology of Al-Hafiz Ibn Asakir in his composition and resources is extremely important, as he is rich in scientific material and historical information on various forms of human activity.
This research shows who the saints are and the meaning of this word in language and convention, and the types of loyalty in Islam, the study of the social position of the mawali in the era of early Islam in its two phases, the noble Prophet and the Rashidun era after it, and a statement of their condition and what they were subjected to in terms of torture, persecution and even murder because of their belief and conversion Of the Islamic religion, and the important role they played in spreading the Islamic call since the dawn of the light of this blessed call, and what they suffered for its sake.
And explaining the privileged position they enjoyed with the Messenger of God, and the Rightly Guided Caliphs and what some of them reported that they became especially the Messenger of God and especially his successors after him. Some of the Mawali used to provide valuable advice, and some of them fought for the sake of God Almighty, and others work in public offices without discrimination between them and their fellow Arab Muslims.
