The Role of the Transcriber and Transcribed in Exploring the Revelation of investigation and interpretation of Imam Abi Bakr Al-Haddad Al-Yamani (T.: 800 AH)

Abstract
This research deals with the abrogation in language, the scholars’ definition of it and Imam Abu Bakr al-Haddad’s definition as well. The study also deals with the definition of abrogation in Sharia, the scholars’ definition of it and Imam Abu Bakr al-Haddad’s definition of it. In addition, the study tackles the wisdom of abrogation enhanced by legal evidence from the Qur’an and the Sunnah. The study aims to answer the question of Imam Abu Bakr’s interpretation of the verse of abrogation, and his interpretation of the verse substitution.
