Abstract
The Hanbali school of thought is the fourth and last of the Islamic schools of thought, as it included many jurisprudential issues from the doctrines that preceded it. The spread of its thoughts was through scholars, most of them held positions affiliated with the state at the time, such as the position of the judiciary, and some of them were teachers in mosques and through them the doctrine had spread more strongly during the period between the fifth century AH to the seventh century AH.
