التحليل المكاني لكفاءة التوزيع الجغرافي للمراكز الانتخابية في الجانب الغربي(الأيمن) من مدينة الموصل

الملخص
يعد مجال البحث في الانتخابات وظهور الاختلافات المكانية للسلوك الانتخابي وعلاقته بعلم نظم المعلومات الجغرافية وإمكانية اجراء التحليل المكاني للمواقع الانتخابية الحالية من الدراسات المهمة في مجال الجغرافية السياسية. هذا البحث هو محاولة لاقتراح تحديد الموقع الامثل لسهولة وصول الناخبين الى المركز الانتخابي والقيام بالتصويت على اتم وجه، ركزت الدراسة على الجانب الغربي (الايمن) من مدينة الموصل وتم تحديد المسافة المثلى للوصول الى المركز الانتخابي بسقف زمني لا يتجاوز 15دقيقة مشيا على الاقدام. وتم اخذ ومعالجة بيانات المراكز الانتخابية لسنة 2014 وتطبيقها على العديد من الاحياء والطرق والمناطق التي لا تتوفر فيها مراكز انتخابية في الجانب الايمن من مدينة الموصل، والغرض هو لتزويد صناع القرار بالأعداد والمواقع للمراكز المقترحة لسهولة الوصول. أظهرت مخرجات الدراسة ان ما يقارب 30% من السكان الناخبين هم خارج نطاق التغطية بناء على الخطة المقترحة في البحث واستكمالا لما سبق تم العمل على وضع تخطيط مكاني أفضل لمواقع المراكز الانتخابية حيث تم استحداث 30 موقعا إضافيا إلى مجموعة مراكز الانتخاب.
