The Effect of Cognitive Acceleration Strategy on the Acquisition of Islamic Concepts: Fourth-Year students in Human Studies as a Sample

Abstract
The aim of the research is to identify “the effect of the cognitive acceleration strategy on the acquisition of Islamic concepts among students of the fourth literary grade.” The two researchers relied on the experimental curriculum, which has two equal groups with a post-test. The study sample consisted of (66) students of the fourth grade literary for the academic year (2019-2020) They were divided into two groups, the experimental group (34) students who studied according to the strategy of (cognitive acceleration) and the control group (32) students who studied according to the (regular method). The two research groups were rewarded according to variables (chronological age, the general average of the third intermediate grade, the degree of education. Islamic third grade intermediate, IQ test, parents' educational attainment ) The two researchers prepared a tool represented by the Islamic concepts test consisting of (30) items of the multiple choice type, after confirming its validity, and the stability factor was extracted for it of (0.83). Termination of the experiment The data were collected and statistically analyzed, the results showed the following:
The presence of statistically significant differences between the experimental and control group in testing Islamic concepts in favor of the experimental group.
In light of the previous results, the two researchers came up with a set of conclusions, recommendations and proposals ...
