Abstract

It is known that all linguistic and legal studies take the Holy Qur’an as their basic rules, as it is the dominant over all speech, its secrets are endless, and its wonders are endless, and no matter how hard the scholars try to find out about its secrets, they draw from what is pleasing to them, and others come to find that they have not reached their goal. The prepositions in the Holy Qur’an constitute an important topic for every researcher, as it is characterized by the inclusion of each letter in its appropriate place for it in terms of clarifying its miraculous connotations of creation. Although the subject of our study is restricted to the Holy Qur’an, the investigations that this letter can address in the Holy Qur’an are very many, so the research was limited to studying one model, which is the impact of this letter in directing the Qur’anic meaning of the verse of Zakat.  The research includes three investigations. In the first topic, it talks about the places where a word is found in the Qur’anic in its various forms. The second topic was about the meanings of the word “in” in the Qur’anic. As for the third topic, it was about the effects of the word “in” in directing the Qur’anic meaning. Then these investigations followed a conclusion of the most important results of the  research.
