The Effect of the Brainstorming Strategy on Developing Critical Thinking about Arabic language among Female Students of the Fifth Scientific Studies

Abstract
The study aimed to reveal the effect of the brainstorming strategy on developing critical thinking among female students of the fifth scientific grade of the Arabic language. To achieve the objectives of the study, a test was designed to measure the development of critical thinking, and thus its validity and reliability were confirmed. A quasi-experimental design was adopted; The experimental group consisting of (25) female students was taught according to the brainstorming strategy, and the control group consisting of (25) female students was taught in the usual way, and the test was applied to both groups before and after conducting the experiment. Results An analysis of concomitant variance (ANCOVA) There is a statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the two groups due to the brainstorming strategy in developing critical thinking, and in favor of the experimental group. The study recommended employing the brainstorming strategy in developing critical thinking, and conducting other similar studies in different stages Different educational and with new variables.
