Abstract

The research aims to identify the relationship between professional compatibility and uniqueness participation among educational counselors. In order to verify the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the scale (Al-Ghurabi, 2017) for measuring psychological empowerment, and the scale (Honey, 2018) for measuring the exclusivity - participation. The researcher selected a random sample of (200) male and female mentors from Al-Karkh Education Directorates, then the researcher extracted the standard characteristics of the research measures to find out their suitability to the current sample, and after analyzing the answers to the research tools, the results of the research showed that the research sample possesses professional compatibility at a medium level, and possesses uniqueness - participation in a balanced manner, and that the correlational relationship was between individuals who are characterized by individualism is direct, but not significant, as for individuals who are characterized by participatory, the relationship was positive statistically significant, and in light of the research results, the researcher reached some recommendations and proposals.
