The Effectiveness of a Proposed Program Based on Blended Learning in Developing Arabic Speaking Skills for Non-Native speakers

Abstract
This research aims to develop Arabic speaking skills for non- native speakers, through a program based on blended learning. To achieve the research goals, the researcher preformed the following actions:
- A theoretical study of previous literature studies and researches related to subject of the recent research.
- Designing a list of appropriate speaking skills for students of Arabic speaking to non- native
speakers.
- Designing a card to note speaking skills for non- native speakers of Arabic
- Designing a program based on blended learning to develop speaking skills for non- native speakers of Arabic.
- Preparing a guide for the teacher to teach the program.
- Selection of the research sample from one experimental group of thirty-two students of Kurdish nationalism.
- The application of the program based on blended learning to the students of the experimental group.
- Conducting the statistical treatment of the scores of the two applications, pre and post, of the speaking skills observation card in favor of the post application, and a number of results were reached, the most important of which are: The effectiveness of the proposed program based on blended learning in developing speaking skills in Arabic for non-native speakers.
The research finally presented a number of proposals and recommendations in the light of the findings
