Iraq and Its Impact on the Emergence of Jurisprudence’s Doctrines
Main Article Content
Abstract
Iraq is the cradle of civilizations, and the home of science. Iraq's role in the emergence of jurisprudential doctrines cannot be forgotten. This is especially related to the fact that Iraq is the country of different schools of jurisprudence, like Hanafi, Hanbali and other senior jurists, and the honourable imams of sects, mercy and contentment on them. In fact, it is difficult to limit everything related to the impact of Iraq in the emergence of different schools of jurisprudence with a research, but this research is a circumambulation of the features of that great leading role for Iraq in the emergence of Islamic jurisprudence and its doctrines, through the origination and appearance. The production of these schools and the abundant sciences they have left behind; their benefit still exists to this day. The research was divided into an introduction, two sections and a conclusion. The first section dealt with the definition of research terms, the second section dealt with the impact of Iraq on the emergence of jurisprudential schools. The conclusion included the most important results and recommendations of the research.
